Colorado Springs Cardiology is seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing cardiology team. The role involves working with supervising physicians to deliver high-quality cardiovascular care and being an integral part of our patient care team.

This is a Monday–Friday, on-site position with typical clinic hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The candidate must hold an active PA license in Colorado, be PA-C certified, and have Acute Care certification and BLS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Current, unrestricted PA license in the state of practice.
• Active PA-C credential through the NCCPA.
• Acute Care Certification required.
• BLS certification through AHA or American Red Cross.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with supervising physicians to deliver cardiovascular care.
• Provide high-quality cardiovascular care as part of the patient care team.
• Maintain and renew PA-C credentials.
• Maintain DEA registration with authority to prescribe medications.
• Maintain active provider status with Medicare and Medicaid.
• Maintain good standing with medical staff privileges and licensure.
• Prescribe medications within state regulations and privileging requirements.
