Qualifications

• Graduate of an Accredited PA program.
• Current Texas PA license.
• National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) certification.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire or transfer.

Responsibilities

• Assesses physical and mental condition of patients and takes medical histories.
• Orders, interprets, and evaluates labs and diagnostics.
• Prescribes medications and treatment plans under physician supervision.
