Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of admin/clerical or customer service experience in a medical setting.
• Current computer experience (medium to expert level) in Microsoft products.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree and CMA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide reception and scheduling coordination for the Cardiology Clinic.
• Work in both the Cardiology Clinic and the Cardiopulmonary Department.
• Answer phones, verify patient information, and assist with appointments.
