Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets patients and guests, confirms identity and provides information.
• Checks in/out patients as directed.
• Updates patient demographics and insurance information.
• Completes patient registration as needed.
• Collects co-payments and other payments.
• Posts payments and processes billing information.
• Keeps waiting area clean and comfortable.
• Notifies patients of delays or changes in appointment status.
• Schedules appointments; may float to other ICCs/departments.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
