Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 0-1 years related work experience required.
• Patient care experience strongly preferred (CNA, MA, ED Tech, EMT, PCT certificate, or clinical rotation).
• Completion of BIDMC in-house training program or related allied health training.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with a nursing team to provide quality patient care.
• Develops and maintains competencies as delegated by a registered nurse.
• Maintains patient safety and uses nursing safety interventions as directed.
• Reports all patient activity to the registered nurse in a timely manner.
