Qualified candidates will have a BSN, RN licensure, and 2+ years of supervisory nursing experience, including ambulatory care and telephone triage. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing school.
• BSN is required.
• Two or more years of nursing experience required.
• Experience in an ambulatory environment preferred.
• Experience with telephone triage required.
• Past supervisory experience required.

Responsabilités

• Direct the daily operations of the department ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
• Participate in the nursing process to ensure quality patient care.
• Delegate staff assignments appropriately.
• Order supplies and maintain inventory; ensure equipment is maintained.
• Oversee scheduling and staffing forecasts; manage overtime.
• Promote safety and report incidents per policy.
• Participate in staff training and education planning.
• Communicate changes and improvements in daily huddles and meetings.
