Job summary

South Shore Health System seeks an experienced Nursing Supervisor to oversee Nursing & Medical Assistant staff in ambulatory Cardiology and related departments. You will manage daily operations, staffing, and safety initiatives while ensuring quality patient care and regulatory compliance.

The role requires BSN, RN licensure in MA, and at least two years of nursing and supervisory experience, with preference for ambulatory and telephone triage expertise. Travel to Weymouth/Norwell may be needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• BSN required.
• Two or more years of nursing experience.
• Ambulatory experience preferred.
• Telephone triage experience required.
• Past supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of the department to ensure quality patient care and safety.
