Qualifications

• Eligible to sit for Nursing Boards.
• Must successfully complete RN Residency.
• Must obtain a Missouri Registered Nurse License or License from a Compact State within 90 days after graduation or 30 days after NCLEX in a non-Missouri state.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision, assess physical, emotional, clinical, and psychosocial needs of patients and families.
• Plan and implement interventions and evaluate effectiveness.
• Adjust care plans as indicated to ensure safe and effective care.
