Qualifications

• Experience with device management highly preferred.
• 36 Patient Contact Hours, plus 4 hours of administrative time per week.
• 100% Outpatient Practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient cardiology services within the Grand Valley Cardiology team.
• Collaborate with cardiologists and other specialists for patient care.
• Utilize Meditech Expanse EMR for patient documentation.

Cardiology Position Highlights:

Grand Valley Cardiology has been instrumental in Community Hospital’s growth and success over the last five years. From what started out as a small outpatient offering has expanded over the last five years to now offer both hospital and clinic-based Cardiology services and Grand Valley Cardiology supports a thriving Cardio-Pulmonary Rehab program. We are actively looking for an experienced Cardiology Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join this expanding essential service line for the organization.

• Cardiology Group consists of 3 Cardiologist and 2 Cardiology Nurse Practitioners
• Minimum of 2 years of previous Cardiology experience required for this position.
• Experience with device management highly preferred
• 36 Patient Contact Hours, plus 4 hours of administrative time per week.
