Job summary

Community Hospital in Grand Junction, Colorado, is seeking a Cardiology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join Grand Valley Cardiology. This 100% outpatient role requires at least 2 years in cardiology, with device management experience highly preferred.

You will work with a Cardiology group of 3 cardiologists and 2 NPs, with 36 patient contact hours weekly and dedicated admin time. Competitive base salary of $140,000 with planned increases, relocation assistance, and CME allowance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of previous Cardiology experience.
• Experience with device management highly preferred.
• Outpatient care delivery is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 100% outpatient cardiology care.
• Maintain 36 patient contact hours per week plus 4 hours of administrative time.

Cardiology Position Highlights:
Grand Valley Cardiology has been instrumental in Community Hospital’s growth and success over the last five years. From what started out as a small outpatient offering has expanded over the last five years to now offer both hospital and clinic-based Cardiology services and Grand Valley Cardiology supports a thriving Cardio-Pulmonary Rehab program. We are actively looking for an experienced Cardiology Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join this expanding essential service line for the organization.

• Cardiology Group consists of 3 Cardiologist and 2 Cardiology Nurse Practitioners
• Minimum of 2 years of previous Cardiology experience required for this position.
• Experience with device management highly preferred
