National Investment Center for Seniors Housing & Care is seeking a Nurse Practitioner focused on Cardiology and Vascular Medicine to join a multidisciplinary team serving the McAllen, Edinburg, and Rio Grande Valley area. The role emphasizes evaluation and management of cardiovascular conditions, pre- and post-procedure care, and patient education.

Candidates with cardiology/vascular experience are preferred, with training available for the right individual.

Qualifications

• Current NP license and certification.
• Cardiology or vascular experience preferred.
• Acute Care NP experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with cardiovascular and vascular conditions.
• Provide comprehensive pre- and post-procedure patient care.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
• Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, medications, and lifestyle modifications.
• Provide ongoing management of cardiovascular risk factors.
• Collaborate closely with physicians and a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Participate in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
