Job summary
Texas Health Physicians Group in Dallas, TX seeks a Cardiovascular Acute Care Nurse Practitioner to join our team of cardiologists. The role emphasizes hospital and ICU rounding, limited clinical coverage, and on-site diagnostic testing, with EMR documentation across patient care activities.
The ideal candidate holds an Acute Care NP certification with Texas licensure and 1–3 years of cardiology experience, and will participate in a comprehensive benefits package including CME and 401K.
Qualifications
- Active Texas license.
- Acute Care Board Certification and Experience.
- Degree in NP studies from an approved Nurse Practitioner program.
- 1-3 years of Cardiology experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide acute care in cardiovascular setting including rounding in hospital and ICU.
- Perform and coordinate nuclear, stress, and echocardiography on site.
- Collaborate with cardiology team to develop treatment plans.
- Use EMR to document patient care and orders.

- Full time, 40 hours per week.
- Hospital rounding and ICU Rounding
