South Heart Clinic is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our Cardiology & Vascular Medicine team serving McAllen, Edinburg, and the Rio Grande Valley. The NP will provide comprehensive cardiovascular and vascular care in a collaborative setting.

The ideal candidate has experience in cardiology or vascular medicine, with opportunities for training. This on-site role emphasizes patient-centered care, multidisciplinary collaboration, and ongoing risk-factor management.

Qualifications

• Current Nurse Practitioner license
• Current APRN/NP credentials required
• Cardiology or vascular experience preferred
• Acute Care NP experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with cardiovascular and vascular conditions

We are looking for a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team serving McAllen, Edinburg, and the Rio Grande Valley.

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive care to patients with cardiovascular and vascular conditions. The ideal candidate will have experience in cardiology or vascular medicine, although we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong interest in this specialty.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with cardiovascular and vascular conditions


• Provide comprehensive pre- and post-procedure patient care


• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs


• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate


• Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, medications, and lifestyle modifications
