Job summary

Tufts Medical Center’s HeartCenter of MetroWest in Framingham, MA is seeking a full-time Cardiology Nurse Practitioner to join a collaborative team of ten cardiology physicians and NPs. You will cover stress and nuclear stress testing, hold eight clinic sessions per week, and manage hospital follow-ups, pre-op education, and histories and physicals for cardiac procedures.

Experience in advanced cardiology preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited and/or approved Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current license as a Nurse Practitioner in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Prior advanced cardiology or acute care experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with cardiology colleagues at Tufts Medical Center in Boston.
• Covering stress and nuclear stress testing for the practice.
• Holding eight clinic sessions per week with full patient panels.
• Seeing hospital follow-ups and completing pre-op education and histories and physicals for cardiac procedures.
