Barnes-Jewish Hospital at Washington University Medical Center is seeking an experienced RN to coordinate care for heart and vascular patients. This role supports the Heart and Vascular Administration and works with 2-3 physician providers in a hospital setting.
Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of nursing experience, RN licensure, and may have ADN/BSN/MSN with willingness to pursue BSN if needed. No nights/weekends; benefits eligible with multiple campus locations.

The Heart and Vascular Administration department supports the structure for the Heart and Vascular Program and drives the strategic goals and priorities.
Coordinates the health care of select patient populations/designated service across the continuum of care. Responsible for coordination of patient contact, patient education, prepares patient/family for procedure/test in collaboration with the healthcare team.
