Allina Health Minneapolis Heart Institute seeks a Cardiology Advanced Practice Provider to join St Paul and Woodbury clinics. The role supports heart failure patients, with Monday–Friday shifts, four 10-hour days, and no major holidays or weekend calls. Requires NP/PA master’s degree and board certification on hire.

Expected collaborative practice with physicians, diagnostic orders, prescriptions, and patient education for chronic care management. Competitive hourly pay and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Master's degree completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Active NP/PA license on hire; NCCPA or ANCC/AANP certification required on hire.

Responsibilities

• Completes comprehensive patient assessments.
• Determines diagnosis and treatment of illness.
• Orders and interprets diagnostics with attending physician.
• Prescribes medications, treatments, and equipment.
