KOPA, Inc. in Florida seeks a Nurse Practitioner to deliver comprehensive primary and transitional care at Avante at Inverness.

You will diagnose, treat and educate, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes. Responsibilities include examinations, ordering tests, prescribing medications, supervising NPs, creating workflows, and covering other Florida facilities as needed.

Competenze

• Must have a valid Nurse Practitioner license.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in a skilled nursing facility.
• Experience in primary, acute and chronic care settings.
• Exemplary communication and teamwork abilities.
