Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to exam rooms and prepare them for examinations.
• Measure and record vital signs and collect specimens as required.
• Assist physicians/APPs and nurses in patient care and documentation in EPIC/MyChart.
• Manage phone calls, scheduling, and data entry; respond to inbasket messages.
• Order entry support, patient intake, and transcription of visit notes.
• Maintain exam/treatment rooms, ensure infection control, and restock supplies.
