Qualifications

• Experience assisting physicians and nurses in patient care.
• Proficiency in taking and recording patient vital signs.
• Blood collection experience and processing per policy.
• Familiarity with EPIC EMR or similar systems and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to exam rooms and prepare rooms and equipment.
• Measure and record vital signs and collect specimens as needed.
• Assist with blood draws and specimen handling per policy.
• Transcribe history and orders into the EMR as directed.
• Support administrative tasks including scheduling and phone coverage.
• Maintain infection control standards and clean exam rooms.
