Qualifications

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers; must be obtained prior to start date.
• Demonstrated basic computer skills for word processing and data entry.
• Professional manner and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to protect privacy and PHI of patients, caregivers, and staff.
• Utah residents with MA residency options if MA experience is less than one year.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under the clinician's direction and assist with visit-related data gathering.
• Communicate clearly with patients via phone and in-person interactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support patient care and ensure accuracy.
