Qualifications

• Completion of Medical Assistant program or 1 year MA experience, or active RN/LPN license in Utah.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers, before start date.
• Basic computer skills for word processing and data entry; familiarity with PHI protection.
• Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with patients and caregivers to deliver high-quality care and protect privacy.

Responsibilities

• Assist clinicians to gather information relevant to the patient’s visit and condition.
• Communicate clearly with patients via phone and in person across modalities.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure coordinated patient care and follow-through.
