Responsibilities

• Check schedules and organize patient flow; accompany patients to exam rooms.
• Collect patient history and vitals; relay instructions to families.
• Perform phlebotomy, ECGs, and level one labs.
• Prepare patient rooms and maintain infection control.
• Verify insurance coverage and schedule appointments.
• Send/receive patient records in compliance with HIPAA.
• Assist physicians with procedures.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and front-office duties.
