Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Experience with phlebotomy, EKGs, and clinical procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check schedules and organize patient flow, accompany patients to exam rooms.
• Perform phlebotomy, EKGs, and level-one labs under supervision.
• Prepare patient rooms and equipment; maintain infection control and inventory.
• Verify insurance and schedule appointments; manage patient charts.
• Send/receive medical records and maintain HIPAA compliance.
• Answer calls and provide patient education as directed.
