Job summary

Canyon Vista Medical Group in Sierra Vista, AZ is seeking an LPN to join the Cardiology team on a full-time day shift. You will work under RN supervision, provide essential nursing care, and contribute to patient wellness across cardiology visits and follow-ups.

Qualified candidates have an active AZ LPN license, completed a Practical Nursing Program, and BCLS certification within 30 days of hire. 1 year of experience preferred; CDL not required.

Qualifications

• Must have completed an LPN or LVN program.
• Active Arizona or Compact LPN license.
• 1 year of experience preferred.
• BCLS required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs plan of care interventions, including specimen collection and wound care.
• May administer medication.
• Documents patient care given.
• Works as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.
• Assists patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
