Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide nursing care to assigned patients under the supervision of the RN or provider. You will support the care team and help fulfill the patient care plan.

You will collect data through observation, communicate findings to the RN or provider, and participate in care planning, with adherence to policies and relationship-based care principles.

Qualifikationen

• One year of LPN experience within the last five years preferred.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Experience working in a team environment.
• Computer skills required; prior EMR experience preferred.
• Ability to work daytime hours; flexibility may be required to meet staffing needs.
• Arizona LPN license current.
• Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing preferred.
• Arizona - Maintains current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Health Care Providers.
