Job Opportunity: Full-Time Cardiologist in South Georgia

This South Georgia medical center is seeking a full-time Cardiologist to join two other board-certified cardiologists, supported by two NPs. The ideal candidate would be an Invasive/Non-Interventional Cardiologist or an Interventional Cardiologist.

Compensation and Schedule

• Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience
• Bonus: 100% of practice profits
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM; split equally between clinic and cath lab (2.5 days each)

Patient Volume and Call

• Average of 14 patients per day in clinic; hospital patient volume varies
• Call required 7 days per month, shared with other cardiologists; additional pay for extra call

Minimum Requirements

Diagnostic Services and Equipment

Services include ECG, Holter, echocardiogram, TEE, cardiac catheterization, pacemaker/ICD insertion, loop recorder, cardioversion, stress test, cardiac CT and MRI, carotid studies. Equipment includes GE Myospect Nuclear Camera, Quinton Q-Stress/Treadmill, GE and Philips echocardiography systems, GE cath labs, and more.
