Job description

This south Georgia medical center is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible full-time, on-site diagnostic radiologist to join our team.

Compensation and Schedule

• Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience
• Bonus: 100% of shared practice profits
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM; extra pay for coverage 5 PM-9 PM; weekends not required
• Call: No call required

• Completion or near completion of radiology residency or fellowship

Case Volume and Modalities

• MRI: 32-40 exams/week, 10-12 daily
• CT: 240-290 exams/week, 50-70 daily
• Ultrasound: 70-80 exams/week, 16-20 daily
• X-ray: 280-350 exams/week, 65-75 daily

Technology

• 128 Slice CT
• 3T MRI
• Ultrasound, Vascular Studies, Nuclear Medicine, PET
• Echocardiography, Nuclear Cardiac Scanning, Mammography, DEXA

Additional Information

• Proficiency in reading multiple modalities required
• Light interventional radiology skills a plus
• No additional teleradiology providers at this time; nights covered by teleradiology
