You'll document in EPIC EMR, participate in rounds, and pursue ongoing professional growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license in good standing.
• BLS certification on hire; ACLS within 120 days.
• 2+ years in Critical Care/ICU/ED preferred.
• EPIC EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and recognize clinical changes.
• Provide safe, evidence-based medications and hands-on care.
• Collaborate with physicians and advanced providers for coordinated care decisions.
• Educate patients and families to ensure understanding of next care steps.
• Document accurately in the EMR to support continuity and safety.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds to improve communication and outcomes.
• Support ongoing professional growth and teamwork within a high-quality care environment.
