Job summary

Decypher is seeking a Medical Office Clerk - Cardiology to support front-desk operations, greet patients, answer calls, and schedule appointments. You will determine eligibility, coordinate referrals, and ensure accurate medical records while communicating with providers and TRICARE to support patient care.

The role is on-site at Nellis AFB in Nevada, with a Monday–Friday 0730–1630 schedule. U.S. Citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Medical terminology desired (preferred).
• BLS certification required.
• 12+ months of office experience.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients at front desk and answers main office line.
• Schedules medical appointments and determines eligibility.
• Refers to other sections and coordinates referrals.
• Maintains and files medical records for accuracy and completeness.
• Supports administrative tasks and end-of-day processes.
