Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Accredited CVT or echocardiography program or Associate degree with science emphasis; or 10 years as an Echo Sonographer.

Responsibilities

• Performs Transthoracic Echocardiograms per lab protocol.
• Measures and documents M-Mode and Doppler studies.
• Operates ultrasound equipment and assists physicians during procedures.
• Maintains patient records and lab documentation.
