Job summary

National Staffing Solutions in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a Cardiac Sonographer for inpatient and outpatient settings. This role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits with a stable daytime schedule and monthly on-call rotation.

The position requires a cardiovascular technology or ultrasound program graduate, 2+ years of echocardiography experience, and BLS; RDCS/ RCS credentials are preferred. On-site work in a hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of cardiovascular technology or diagnostic medical ultrasound program (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years echocardiography experience preferred.
• BLS (AHA) required; RDCS (ARDMS) or RCS (CCI) required.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive transthoracic echocardiographic studies following IAC and departmental protocols (M-mode, 2D, color flow, pulsed wave, continuous wave Doppler).
• Work with contrast agents, saline bubble studies, portable and stress echo studies.
• Assist with transesophageal echocardiography and mentor trainees.
• Document procedures accurately using advanced information systems.
