The Iowa Clinic is seeking a Practice Manager in Cardiology and Cardiothoracic Surgery to oversee daily operations across multiple sites in Central Iowa. You will work with physicians and administrative leaders to deliver high‑quality, cost‑effective services.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor's degree in business/healthcare and at least 5 years of supervisory experience in a medical setting. Join a locally owned, physician-led team committed to exceptional care.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or health care related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5 years previous supervisory experience in a medical setting preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manages, coordinates and directs the overall operational activities of assigned department(s) including multiple site locations (Downtown, West Des Moines, Waukee, Ankeny).
• Hires, orients, supervises, evaluates performance, disciplines and terminates staff.
• Maintains awareness of applicable laws and regulations and ensures compliance.
• Participates in strategic and long-range planning.
