Job description

We seek a strong Critical Care Cardiologist (Board Certified / Board Eligible) with a commitment to excellent patient care and education to be part of our renowned team at NYU Langone Brooklyn.

Under the direction of the Cardiology Chief of Service, you will provide Attending Physician Services in the NYU Langone Brooklyn Hospital ICU as well as coverage on the Cardiology Consult Service as scheduled.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Round and write notes on every patient daily;
2. Lead multidisciplinary rounds daily;
3. Oversee coordination of care, communication between services, and length of stay;
4. Promote patient safety goals for all patients;
5. Participate in weekend call cycle as scheduled.

We are also seeking a Cardiologist specialized in Cardiac Imaging (structural heart image training required). Candidates should be strong clinicians (Board Certified / Board Eligible).

NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York City Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for this role is $325,000 - $375,000. This range applies to full-time employment and does not include incentive compensation or benefits. Actual salary may vary based on experience, training, hospital/community need, and other factors.
