The Mount Sinai Health System is currently seeking full-time Pulmonologists to join its practices in Staten Island and Queens.

This multi-specialty practice is located at 1441 South Avenue in Staten Island, NY. Staten Island is the southernmost of New York City's 5 boroughs. It is connected to Lower Manhattan via the Staten Island Ferry, which runs across New York Harbor. With easy access to Brooklyn and Central New Jersey, Staten Island is a residential community, with many attractions for families, such as the Snug Harbor Cultural Center, Zoo, Botanical Garden, and the Staten Island Children’s Museum. The large patient community typically stays on Staten Island for their routine care. Mount Sinai Doctors Staten Island offers comprehensive care where patients can see a variety of specialties. Additionally, the site has a comprehensive support team, including medical assistants.

Mount Sinai Queens New Ambulatory Pavilion:

Phenomenal opportunity to serve as a Pulmonologist for Mount Sinai in our Mount Sinai Queens Hospital and Ambulatory Pavilion in Astoria, Queens, one of the most dynamic neighborhoods in New York City. The Ambulatory Pavilion, a gleaming, six-story facility features the full range of primary and specialty services under one roof, with 50 physicians already onboard, including: Cardiology, Urology, Endocrine, Pediatrics, GYN, and Oncology, as well as a range of advanced imaging and procedural capabilities. The Queens Ambulatory Pavilion serves as the flagship outpatient facility for Mount Sinai in Queens. The Mount Sinai Queens Hospital, a 160 bed community hospital attached to the Ambulatory Pavilion, provides acute care services to the Queens and surrounding communities. The position will provide both inpatient consultation to hospitalized patients as well as outpatient services in an ambulatory setting.

Ideal candidates will give excellent care to a diverse community of patients. The selected candidate will play an instrumental role in ensuring excellent patient care, quality outcomes, and satisfaction. In addition, the candidate will be a talented physician with a passion for outpatient medicine and be fully committed to mission of Mount Sinai Health System. The chosen candidates will have the opportunity to partner with world renowned, Icahn School of Medicine. Mount Sinai’s Department of Pulmonary Medicine is strongly committed to caring for the whole patient and places special emphasis on providing patient-centered care. Compensation range from 300K to 375K (not including bonuses / incentive compensation or benefits)

Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialties, historical productivity, historical collections, and hospital/community need. As such, an actual salary may fall closer to one or the other end of the range, and in certain circumstances, may wind up being outside of the listed salary range. The salary range listed is for full-time employment and does not include bonuses / incentive compensation or benefits.
