Job summary

MANTECH seeks a Clinical Workflow Lead to own end-to-end cardiology workflows and reporting across enterprise health systems. The role involves coordinating imaging, ECG data, and vendor tools, while partnering with cardiologists and IT teams to ensure clinical needs are met.

Hybrid or remote arrangements may be available; periodic travel is required for meetings and projects. Requires 10+ years in cardiology imaging and healthcare informatics, with DoD/VA experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in healthcare or technical discipline with 10+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in cardiology imaging implementation and enterprise healthcare informatics in hospital or regional networks.
• Expertise in echocardiography, catheterization lab, and vascular workflows.
• Track record implementing cardiology structured reporting and integrating ECG/waveform data.
• Familiarity with cardiology vendors and platforms (Siemens, Philips, GE, AGFA).
• Experience engaging with cardiologist stakeholders and clinical heads.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment and workflow optimization of invasive and non-invasive cardiology imaging.
• Direct cardiology structured reporting tool implementations and ECG/waveform data integration.
• Collaborate with cardiologists and clinical teams to ensure tools meet requirements.
• Align workflows with system architecture, evaluating native vs third-party tooling.
• Guide integration of cardiology tools from major vendors into clinical platforms.
• Support site readiness, transition planning, and cutover activities.
