Job summary

GE HealthCare seeks a Clinical Applications Specialist to deliver clinical and operational expertise for the Diagnostic Cardiology PCS portfolio. You will educate end-users, support pre-sale through post-implementation, and help drive evidence-based practice to enhance customer outcomes.

You will collaborate with sales and service teams, manage travel logistics, and develop training programs that align with SOA requirements.

Qualifications

Must reside in Illinois, Indiana, or Michigan.
4+ years of direct patient care, clinical education, or clinical applications experience in diagnostic cardiology.
Proven ability to deliver successful customer training outcomes and support customer satisfaction goals.
Willingness to travel extensively (90%+), within US/Canada as needed.

Responsibilities

Develop product, clinical, and software knowledge within a PCS modality.
Provide pre-sale product clinical evaluations and educational sessions.
Administer clinical training to end-user personnel aligned with SOA to deliver high NPS.
Coordinate training with sales, project management, and service teams per SOA/terms.
Travel and lodging management to optimize costs; submit expense reports.
Maintain documentation from pre-training to post-training and support post-installation needs.
