Job summary

Expect extensive travel (80%+) across the US and Canada, delivering hands-on and didactic education, and partnering with internal teams to enhance customer experience and education offerings.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering clinical education and training.
• 3 Yearsof clinical education and program delivery are preferred.
• Ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop product, clinical, and software knowledge within a modality.
• Coordinate, schedule, and deliver objective based system training and education.
• Act as a subject matter expert and education consultant to internal accounts.
• Implement skill checklists and assess training outcomes.
• Develop customized training plans with customers.
• Promote adoption of new product features and imaging techniques.
• Drive revenue through on-site or remote education delivery.
• Maintain customer relationships and provide feedback to GE team.
