Job summary

GE HealthCare seeks an experienced Clinical Applications Specialist to deliver clinical and product education to end-users across a defined modality or product portfolio. You will drive education programs, develop competency through university-style curricula, and partner with customer stakeholders to optimize adoption and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of technical/clinical industry experience in Interventional Invasive Cardiology (Cardiac Cath Lab / Electrophysiology).
• Experience delivering clinical education training and implementing education processes.
• Ability to tailor messaging to different audiences and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop product, clinical, and software knowledge within a specific modality and become a domain expert.
• Schedule and deliver objective-based system/feature training and education support; demonstrate product features and benefits.
• Execute training with skill checklists and assessments and record outcomes; collaborate with customers to develop training plans.
• Act as a subject matter expert and education consultant to internal account communities; communicate progress to GE teams.
• Support adoption of new product features and imaging techniques; create training plans to improve outcomes.
