Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant program management experience in clinical research.
• Experience with regulatory requirements (IRB, GCP) preferred.
• Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and mentorship skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of Cardiology clinical research staff and trial processes.
• Coordinate study visits, collect data, and manage lab samples.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintenance of study documents.
• Liaise with PI, sponsors, and CRAs to support trials.
• Oversee budget tracking, billing, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Support process improvements and general admin duties.
