Job summary

MUSC Health seeks a dedicated professional to support coordination of clinical trials in the Division of Cardiology. You will collect data from medical records, abstracte it into electronic systems, and ensure study regulatory amendments are kept up to date.

Responsibilities include scheduling visits, data management, and assisting coordinators with trial activities while maintaining protocol adherence and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and four years of relevant program experience required.
• A bachelor's degree may substitute for the required program experience.
• Experience with EPIC and a background in Cardiology or clinical care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Data collection and delivery of sponsor requested data from medical charts and PI data abstractions.
• Ensure protocol adherence for inclusion/exclusion criteria and update electronic data capture systems.
• Enter all sponsor requested data into databases and manage data queries.
• Track enrollment goals and report progress for each study.
• Provide regulatory support and documentation for study amendments and continuing reviews.
