University at Buffalo seeks Clinical Research Coordinators in the Department of Medicine, Division of Cardiovascular Medicine, to coordinate multiple clinical research trials and support investigators in recruitment and trial operations.

Responsibilities include data entry, report generation, and maintaining interactions with PIs, sponsors, and vendors; weekend availability and local travel may be required in a dynamic academic setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health or science related field or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology, database design and CRF design, and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Relations and interpersonal skills necessary for interacting with patients and staff.
• Attention to detail and accuracy necessary.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate multiple clinical research trials as part of the Cardiovascular Medicine team.
• Assist investigators in recruitment and retention of subjects.
• Guide day-to-day operations of assigned studies, ensuring adherence to protocols.
• Generate accurate reports and resolve inquiries in a timely manner.
• Enter study data promptly and maintain accurate research records.
• Maintain communication with Principal Investigator, monitoring agency, sponsor, and vendors.
