Job summary

Kaiser Permanente's Everett Medical Center Cardiology department is seeking a Clinic Staff Nurse to provide direct nursing care to a defined patient group and coordinate services across the care team.

The RN will work Mon-Fri, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM, with no weekends or holidays. Washington RN license and BLS are required; ambulatory care experience is preferred. This on-site role supports comprehensive patient care in Everett, WA.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Registered Nurse License (Washington) required at hire OR Compact License: Registered Nurse required at hire
• Basic Life Support required at hire
• Communication, problem-solving, leadership and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Using the nursing process, provides ongoing assessment and develops an individualized plan of care.
• Collaborates with the health care team to coordinate patient care and discharge planning.
• Provides teaching and counseling to patients and families to support adherence to the medical plan.
