Job summary

Kaiser Permanente is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Orthopedic Clinic in Bellevue, WA. Four 8-hour shifts, no holidays or weekends, with emphasis on coordinated care and adherence to established nursing standards.

You will work within a fast-paced team to assess patients, develop care plans, and provide education and support to patients and families. The role requires an Associate degree in Nursing, Washington RN license (or compact license at hire), and BLS.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Registered Nurse in Washington or valid compact license at hire.
• Basic Life Support certification required at hire.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, leadership and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to a defined group of patients following ambulatory Nursing Care Standards and policies.
• Coordinate and facilitate health care services for patients across the care continuum.
• Oversee patient assessment and contribute to the care plan with the health care team.
• Educate patients and families, coordinate discharge planning, and ensure safe, quality care.
