PeaceHealth is seeking a RN Clinic Supervisor for a Full Time, 1.00 FTE, Day position. This role supports various Primary Care Clinics in Vancouver, WA. The salary range is $50.89 – $76.33 per hour, with hiring rate dependent on education, training, and experience.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in state of practice.
• Ambulatory care experience preferred.
• Leadership training or experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical nursing oversight to assigned areas.
• Serve as resource in overall delivery of patient care.
• Supervise caregivers with personnel authority and evaluate performance.
• Assist in development of policies, procedures, and service enhancements.
• Delegate work and manage workflow to ensure efficient operations.
• Maintain alignment with patient experience and strategic initiatives.
