MercyOne Waterloo Heart Care Clinic is seeking a Clinic RN to provide high-quality, evidence-based care in an outpatient setting. You will assess patients, coordinate with the care team, educate patients, and ensure accurate documentation in the EMR system.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Iowa required.
• BLS certification required within 3 months of hire.
• Proficient in EMR documentation and patient records.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient patient care in clinic setting.
• Coordinate care with physicians and clinical staff.
• Educate patients and families on treatments and discharge plans.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation in EMR.
• Support scheduling, admissions and follow-up appointments.
