Job Summary

The Manager Clinic Operations is a leadership role with comprehensive operational authority and responsibility for designated clinics. Responsibilities include: fiscal accountability, maintaining quality and regulatory standards, maintaining a high level of patient/family centered care and service, patient and staff satisfaction, program development, managing and enveloping teams, and ensuring integration with the clinical enterprise. Proceeds feedback, coaching and mentoring to less experienced peers and other members of the healthcare team, collaborating closely with nursing.

This role supports multiple high-volume cardiovascular clinics and diagnostic testing areas with approximately:

  • 97,000 clinic visits annually
  • 74,000 diagnostic studies annually
  • 32 total staff members

Qualifications
  • Master's degree strongly preferred (MHA, MBA, MPH, Healthcare Administration, Health Services Management, or related field)
  • Minimum 3+ years healthcare leadership experience required. 5-7+ years preferred
Additional Preferred Experience
  • Leading complex Ambulatory healthcare operations, preferably within an academic medical center, large physician practice, cardiovascular service line, or multi-site specialty practice.
  • Other healthcare experience will be considered as well.
