Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares annual operating and capital budgets and monitors implementation.
• Drives area-specific quality plans aligned with organizational goals.
• Mentors and develops team members and coordinates with the clinical enterprise.
