Responsibilities

• Provide patient care activities in support of physicians and clinic operations.
• Coordinate responsibilities of staff to ensure smooth daily operation of the clinic.
• Assist in compiling/indexing data and maintain inventory of equipment and supplies.
• Manage front office functions: appointments, scheduling, answering phones, registration, preauthorization/pre-certification; timekeeping and prescription refill line.
• Ensure staff compliance with clinic standards and policies; cross-cover or take on additional responsibilities as needed.
