Lexington Health is recruiting a Clinical Coordinator to provide operational shift oversight, delegate care to staff, and ensure timely patient admission, transfer and discharge. You will lead a dedicated nursing team, promote a positive image, and support quality patient care in a Magnet-recognized system.

You will use critical-thinking, document care accurately, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to maintain high standards and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing is required.
• 2 years of experience in specialty within the past 5 years.
• National nursing certification in specialty at time of hire or within 6 months of promotion.

Responsibilities

• Establishes positive rapport with patient and family.
• Directs care and delegates to staff while ensuring timely admissions, transfers and discharges.
• Promotes patient safety and continuity of care through accurate documentation and communication.
• Leads process and performance improvement initiatives using evidence-based practice.
