VHC Health in Arlington, VA seeks a Full-Time Cardiology Advanced Practice Provider (NP) to deliver comprehensive outpatient cardiovascular care at our main hospital campus. The role emphasizes quality care, collaboration with cardiologists, and adherence to clinical guidelines.

The ideal candidate holds Virginia NP licensure and has cardiology experience, strong decision-making, and excellent communication abilities.

Qualificações

• Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner by the Virginia Department of Health Professions.
• Cardiology office-based Nurse Practitioner experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to solve complex clinical problems with quick decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive outpatient cardiovascular care to new and established patients.
• Evaluate and manage a broad range of cardiovascular conditions.
• Perform patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and order diagnostic studies.
• Manage cardiovascular medications and therapies per guidelines.
• Provide post-hospitalization follow-up to support continuity of care.
